We have extended our range of services to the industrial refurbishment and conversion area. As such we have completed our first project and look forward to working in this environment.

The images below show the external and internal finish to a large factory refurbishmnet and conversion which we carried out in 2009, for the contract sum of £189,000 exc vat.

The client had an urgent timescale and as such we completed within the alloted time in order for him to transfer him business from a smaller unit, which he had already rented out.

The client and his overseas business partners have been impressed, and to this day the building is kept in an immaculate condition.
