During these current testing times, we are still able to succeed where many others fail.

We recently completed a conversion of a large house in Canterbury into 6 stunning apartments, all of which have been sold.

Notable contracts won recently include conversion of a large existing high street retail unit into 17 apartments, the construction of 8 new build houses, 4 terrace and 2 pairs of semi-detached, as well as the creatiion of a new accessway and parking facilities within the site. these 8 new buold properties will be finished for a Housing Association, and as such we have enabled their design to satisfy the requirements of a "Very Good" Ecohome Standard.

We look forward to working closer with Housing Associations, and  working on Secured by Design architecturally driven projects.

We have also won 3 more contracts;  9 units (6 new build apartments and 3 new build houses) on one site, a project for 5 new build town houses which we started in Autumn 2008, and a project for 5 x 1 bed apartments, although this will only be partially built initially, while the developer observes the GDV over the coming months.

We are currently working on finalising our tenders for another  2 sites and anticipate wining both of these through our attention to detail and costs.

We are able to build under any of the Warranty Providers, NHBC, Zurich or Premier Guarantee.

Under our Design and Build Contract we will quote for every aspect of the construction, leaving the Client to relax and seek further projects.
